Cookie policy
Crumbs, but digital, and mostly ones we need to keep the site working.

What are cookies and local storage?
Cookies are small text files a website places on your device. Local storage is a similar browser feature that keeps small pieces of data on your device without sending them to a server on every request. We use the term "cookies" here to cover both.
What we use
| Purpose | What it stores | Type |
|---|---|---|
| Consent choice | Whether you accepted or declined optional cookies | Essential, stored on your device |
| Checklist progress | Which five-minute reset items you have ticked | Functional, stored on your device |
What we don't do
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell data collected through cookies. If we ever add analytics or other optional cookies, they will only be set after you agree, and we will list them in the table above.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. Look for "cookies" or "site data" in the privacy settings of Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge. If you block essential storage, features such as saved checklist ticks may stop working, but the site will still be readable.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Questions? Email [email protected]. See also our privacy policy.
